GoPlaySave Coupon Book Fundraiser - 2023

 GoPlaySave - Our first big fundraiser of the year is kicking off EARLY!   This is an easy way to put money into your student’s account to help offset that last marching band fee (if you sell NOW).  Paper and Mobile books sell for $30 each.  For each book sold, students earn $10 for their account and $5 for our general band fund.  There is also the option of a “bundle” where customers can purchase both the paper and mobile together for just $45!  (Students will earn $16 in their student account and $6.50 to the general band for each of these sales). Tammy Platts will set up a table on the first day of Band Camp where books can be signed out. BUT, if you want to beat the rush and be the first selling these popular coupon books, contact Tammy NOW at goplaysave@apexhighband.org or text 919-272-5617 to check out books early.
Starting NOW, you can get a head start to order mobile books, paper books, or the mobile/paper “bundle” by visiting www.GoPlaySaveTriangle.com/AHSB2024   Create your personal link by clicking the green start selling button and email or text it to friends, co-workers, and family to help raise money for our band!  You will receive an email every time you have an online order. Mobile book purchases can be used right away and paper book orders can be picked up at any of our set up times at school. 

  • Monday, Aug 7th (first day of band camp)

  • Thursday, Aug, 24th – Table at Band Family Picnic (cafeteria)
  • When school starts - Thursdays after practice (carpool lane) 
  • Email or text Tammy to make other arrangements if these dates/times don’t fit your schedule

How the fundraiser works

Books are checked out on a consignment basis. Unsold books, in new condition, may be returned for credit by the last day of the fundraiser (see above). Cost is $30 per book.

  • All checks should be made payable to Apex Band Boosters.  
  • include the student’s name on the memo line of all checks to ensure proper credit
  • Please write a check for any cash you receive 

Note: you are responsible for returning either $30 or the book in new condition, for each book you check out.

Our GoPlaySave booster coordinator, Tammy Platts, will be available to check out books, turn in payments, or answer any questions throughout the sale.  Contact goplaysave@apexhighband.org for more information.
